Acceptance
By accessing or using the Novarid Hope Foundation website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.
Eligibility for programs
Our free training programs are open to individuals 16 years or older with internet access. Selection is based on application review and is at the sole discretion of the Foundation team.
No fees
Foundation programs are 100% free for selected trainees. We will never request payment for cohort enrolment. Donation flows are clearly identified.
Commitments
Selected trainees commit to attending mandatory Saturday sessions and completing capstone work. Failure to meet attendance and capstone requirements may result in removal from the cohort.
Certification
Certifications are issued only upon successful completion of program requirements. Certificates carry a unique ID for public verification.
Intellectual property
Curriculum, materials, and brand assets are the property of Novarid Analytics Group. Trainees retain rights to capstone work they personally produce.
Donations & refunds
All donations are voluntary and tax-deductible where applicable. Donations may be refunded within 14 days at the donor’s request.
Limitation of liability
The Foundation provides training and placement support on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee employment, internship placement, or specific career outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Novarid Analytics Group is registered.
